Terms of service

These terms govern your use of services provided by Tsunamis Network, Inc. ("Tsunamis"). By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them. They are written in plain English; if anything is unclear, write to legal@tuuhub.com and we'll explain.

1. The service

Tsunamis provides programmable network infrastructure: compute, private routing, edge presence, and supporting tooling. We're in private build with selected design partners; the service is offered as-is during this period.

2. Your account

You're responsible for the security of your credentials and for actions taken under your account. Notify us immediately at security@tuuhub.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

3. Acceptable use

Don't use the service to host or distribute malware, send unsolicited bulk messages, or violate applicable law. Our full Acceptable Use Policy lives at tuuhub.com/legal/aup.

4. Pricing and billing

During private build, the service is provided free of charge to design partners. Once general availability begins, pricing will be published and 30 days' notice will be given before any charges apply.

5. Service levels

We're targeting 99.99% uptime with a published SLA at general availability. During private build, no SLA is guaranteed, but we publish status and incidents in real time at status.tuuhub.com.

6. Termination

You can close your account at any time from the console. We can suspend accounts that violate these terms or our Acceptable Use Policy, with notice where practical.

7. Liability

Liability is limited to the fees paid in the prior twelve months, or AUD 100 during the free private-build period. We're not liable for consequential damages.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Victoria, Australia. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of Melbourne.
