This document describes how Tsunamis Network, Inc. ("Tsunamis", "we", "us") collects, uses, and protects personal information when you use tuuhub.com and the services we operate from it.

We are headquartered in Melbourne, Australia and operate under Australian privacy law. Where the GDPR or comparable regimes apply, we align our practices accordingly.

1. What we collect

We collect the minimum data necessary to operate the service: account details (email, organisation), service telemetry (request metadata, latency, error counts), and billing information processed by our payment provider. We do not sell or rent personal data.

2. How we use it

Personal data is used to authenticate users, prevent abuse, bill for usage, and improve service reliability. Aggregated metrics may be used in our changelog and status reporting; individual records are not published.

3. Where it lives

Customer data is processed in our Melbourne origin region by default, with replication to additional regions only where you have explicitly opted into multi-region deployment. Backups are encrypted at rest with keys managed in our HSM-backed key service.

4. Sharing

We share personal data with sub-processors strictly to deliver the service — payments, transactional email, infrastructure monitoring. A current list is available on request and will be published on this page once the service is generally available.

5. Your rights

You can access, correct, export, or delete your personal data at any time from the console or by writing to privacy@tuuhub.com. We respond within 30 days.

6. Retention

Account data is retained for the lifetime of your account plus 30 days for recovery. Service telemetry is retained for 90 days. Backups roll off after 35 days.
