Acceptable use policy
Last updated 2026-05-12
We want Tsunamis Network to be a place where engineering teams can ship without worrying about who their neighbours are. This policy defines what you can and cannot run on the service.
Things you must not do
- Distribute malware, spyware, or ransomware.
- Send unsolicited bulk messages, including email, SMS, and protocol abuse such as SIP flooding.
- Conduct attacks against third parties — DoS, credential stuffing, port scanning at scale, or unauthorised penetration testing.
- Host content that exploits or endangers minors, incites violence, or violates applicable law in your jurisdiction or ours.
- Mine cryptocurrencies on shared compute. Dedicated bare-metal customers may run mining workloads with prior written consent.
Things we ask you to do
- Keep abuse@yourcompany.com or an equivalent contact reachable on the domains you operate through us.
- Cooperate with takedown requests routed through us in good faith.
- Tell us if you become aware of abuse on your infrastructure so we can help mitigate quickly.
Enforcement
We prefer to work with customers before suspending accounts. For ongoing or material violations, we may suspend or terminate the service with notice where practical. Imminent harm to third parties is the exception.
Report abuse: abuse@tuuhub.com.
